Coats Aptan

Coats aptan is a specially lubricated sewing thread made from high tenacity nylon (polyamide)6,6. Coats aptan delivers the high tensile and seam strength characteristics expected out of a continuous filament thread and yet has a soft feel and exceptional lustre.

These features make Coats aptan the thread of choice for demanding sewing operations for manufacturing appearance-critical products.

Available as an “S” and “Z” twist.
