Coats EcoVerde organic cotton sewing thread is made from the best quality Giza organic cotton staple fibre. Being mercerised it is treated under tension to provide high lustre and strength. The mercerising process also gives EcoVerde organic cotton a high affinity to the dyestuffs used in the post dyeing of garments.Coats EcoVerde organic cotton is primarily intended for use in the manufacture of post dyed organic cotton garments. However, where there is a requirement for the thread to be dyed C oats EcoVerde organic cotton can be made available in a wide selection of shades dyed using G.O.T.S. certified dyestuffs.
